Frank is a company and commercial lawyer advising entrepreneurs, SME’s and large private companies on a wide range of issues. He advises on business start-ups covering partnerships, company incorporations and the drawing up of shareholders’ agreements. He regularly handles transactions involving the sale and purchase of businesses and group reorganisations.

Frank also advises businesses on terms and conditions of trade including the supply of goods and services. In addition, he has expertise in e-commerce contracts having advised web-based businesses on their terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Professional

Frank is an active member of the Wessex Association of Chambers of Commerce.

Personal

Frank is bilingual in French and enjoys spending most of his holidays with his French in-laws.
