Jo specialises in all aspects of Family Law and has a wide range of experience.

She can assist with Divorce, Separation and Civil Partnership Dissolution
Financial Disputes arising out of the breakdown of relationships, Pre Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements, Unmarried Couple Disputes, Disputes involving children, Domestic Violence issues (including emergency action where necessary) and Change of Name Deeds.

Jo is a Collaborative Family Lawyer (trained through Resolution which is an organisation committed to resolving disputes in a constructive and non confrontational way) and is therefore specially trained in out-of-court negotiations.  Jo is also a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority's Family Law Accreditation Scheme (formerly the Family Law Panel).
